ABOUT THE ROLE:

This role is a permanent full-time position.

  • As an Administrator Employee Data you will be responsible to actively contribute towards achieving high performance payroll by focusing on maintaining up-to-date accurate and timely data in our HR systems.
  • Other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:
  • Ensure alignment to internal controls, standards and procedures;
  • Ensure all queries and data management requirements are managed on time, accurately and within the defined service level definitions;
  • Highlight improvement initiatives in existing processes, practices and systems;
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of quick reference guidelines (QRGs;
  • Adhere to the payroll statutory and legislation requirements.
  • Develop supportive relationships with others in the HR Function and the Line Leaders;
  • Demonstrate and promote operational discipline when executing day-to-day activities;
  • Contribute to maintain a culture of innovation, learning and development and continuous improvement;
  • Provide assistance with internal and external audit requirements;
  • Assist with system testing as required;

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Requirements

  • You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:
  • Knowledge of employment law, payroll statutory and legislation requirements;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications with emphasis on Word & Excel
  • Experience with SAP & SuccessFactors;
  • 2 years minimum professional experience in a similar or other administrative role;

Qualifications for this role are:

  • Tertiary qualification in HR / Payroll or business related field (or similar).
