The Role:

As Warehouse Assistant, you'll be responsible for supporting the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient order processing at their facility in Smeaton Grange, NSW.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately picking and recording stock, including serial numbers.
• Loading and unloading trucks and containers
• Conducting daily forklift safety checks
• Receiving stock into the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Assisting with stocktakes
• Performing general warehouse duties
• Ensuring compliance with all OH&S safety standards
• Performing other duties as reasonably requested
• Coordinating interstate transfers
• Packing stock and parts for despatch
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse environment

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to report to the warehouse located in Smeaton Grange, NSW
• Warehousing knowledge and experience
• Possession of a Forklift License (LF) is a must
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient in basic computer skills
• Ability to follow rules, policies, procedures, and guidelines while performing job duties.
• Possesses strong communication skills - convey information clearly, accurately, and effectively to others.
• Positive "can-do" attitude
• Understanding and compliance with OH&S standards
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
