Based at Wahgunyah, the Nestle Uncle Tobys factory produces nutritious snacks and cereals.

In this dynamic role, you will support the team with production targets, packing and cleaning duties, operate-maintain food manufacturing processes and systems. You will be a reliable team player with a positive ‘can do’ attitude, who has the ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Previous production experience and forklift license would be desirable but not a requirement as full training will be provided to the successful applicants.

About the Role

• Assist in achieving line standards associated with production runs and the standard conditions & routines.
• Achieve a "zero injury, defect, waste" mind-set & promote behaviours that have a positive impact on Safety Health Environment & Quality. 
• Ensuring all work carried out adheres to quality, compliance, safety, reliability and cost requirements.

• Reliability and a high degree of flexibility is required including the ability to work shift work including weekends.
