Pep Transport is looking to welcome an experienced pallet controller into our operations team, playing a integral part in pallet reconciliations and transfers. 

Position Type: Full-time 

Working Hours: 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday (flexibility can be discussed with manager)

Location: Kewdale 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Ensure all pallet movements and transfers adhere to established procedures and are accurately reflected in pallet management software 2ic 
• Investigate all pallet rejections and discrepancies ensuring accuracy and achieving resolutions 
• Provide training to employees and sub-contractors on pallet processes and procedures 
• Review and reconcile all pallet hire invoices actively working towards decrease quantity of hire pallets 
• Assist warehouse and distribution with administrative tasks as required 
• Organize pallet deliveries or de-hires dependent on operational requirements

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3-5 years in a similar transport and logistics industry 
• Ability to trouble shoot and achieve resolutions of pallet discrepancies 
• Proven ability to ensure accuracy and work efficiently in a busy environment
• Exposure to pallet management software 2IC 
• High Attention to detail with written communication and paperwork management
